Project Description

Le Lodge Hotel du Golf project started 6 years ago and it is the longest project our company developed. In 2012 when we decided to accept the project, it was only about a pool terrace having a duration of a few months. Our professionalism and good work lead to the extension of the original agreement adding other constructions. This project it is a long term project and it`s continuing nowadays. 

Project Challenge

The main challenge of this project was to work as quite as possible due to the fact that the hotel was occupied during the hole time the project took place

• Keeping the noise at a minimum
• Termites
• Explaining hotel guests that we work for their confort
• Changes that were made in the midle of the execution
• The weather during the spring

What We Did

Beside the pool terace that was done in the initial phase of the project, we added to our portofolio new constructions like: 2 conference rooms, 3 garages, outside covered restaurant terrace, closed restaurant terrace and rooms renovated , restaurant renovated, roof repairs, parking spaces, relocation of storage facilities, maintenance and a lot of other repairs.

RESULT

We are proud that our work leed to a very good looking and apreciated hotel by the guests for the confort and the facilities offered at the highest quality .
