Project Description

Another long term project that was done by working in short periods of time because we had to work in off season of vacations when the ocupacy was very low. The challenge of the project was to improve an old ruin to become an attraction for the group of turists.

Project Challenge

Very short periods of time in which we had to make lots of maintenance work and new addition to the property.

• Fragmented periods of time
• Rainy weather in spring

What We Did

Renovated the entire park and after that, we did mostly maintenance work . Lately we started to add dependencies to the park like a conferance room,garages. Also we built a guest house designed for people with disabilities

RESULT

A good looking park with a lot of green spaces and very clean.
